Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 (free on orders $150+)
- Express Shipping: $19.99 (not available for all locations)
- Bulk Orders (5+ printers): Contact us for special shipping rates
Cash on Delivery orders have a small handling fee of $5 to cover the COD service. This is clearly shown before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS updates (if you provided a phone number)
- Tracking link that works with USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location
Most tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of shipment. If you don't see movement right away, don't worry - it just means the carrier hasn't scanned it yet.
Important Things to Know
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Weekend orders: Placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
- PO Boxes: We don't ship to PO boxes for COD orders. A physical address is required.
- Signature required: For orders over $200, someone needs to sign for delivery.
- Wrong address: Double check your shipping address. We're not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses you provided.
- Delays: Sometimes carriers are slow (weather, holidays, etc.). We'll help track it down but can't control the carrier.
Delivery & Inspection
When your printer arrives:
- Check the box - If it looks damaged, take photos before opening.
- Open carefully - Keep all packaging until you're sure the printer works.
- Test it within 48 hours - We offer a 30 day warranty, but catching problems early helps everyone.
- For COD orders - You can open and check the printer before paying. The delivery person will wait.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
